The house was perfect in every way.

Spacious, clean, everything was of very good quality and very comfortable The gardens surrounding the house were well kept and the views were lovely. Peace and quiet. An ideal holiday location Great host, there if you needed anything

What a fantastic stay at Bunny Lane - I can't recommend this property highly enough!

The house was spotlessly clean and so comfortable, with oodles of space both inside and outside. It is the perfect base for a family holiday and for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Mayo and Galway. From the home comforts to the peace and privacy, this house ticked all the boxes and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bunny Lane the cottage was fabulous, spacious , extremely clean and well maintained.

The views from the property were lovely .Chris made us extremely welcome and without being intrusive was there if we needed anything. It was a perfect place to relax and recharge our batteries . We will definitely be back soon .

Bunny Lane is a perfect holiday home with everything you could need for a perfect holiday.

This was our 3rd year here, the beds and pillows are the best ever and the place is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The facilities are great for cooking a family meal. Two bathrooms is handy too. The home is close to everything you could possibly need. The gardens are beautiful and the children loved the cows. Christy and Bridie are perfect hosts. We have already booked for next year.

Bunny Lane was a fantastic property, the owner came and introduced themselves which was very good.

The standard of accommodation was first class.

It's not very often I find somewhere which I am able to relax so comfortably.

Beautiful house with everything you would need for a stay, great location in that it is rural but easy access to local towns not too far away.

We visited family who wee close by and this beautiful home was a great base for us we really had a fantastic time and will be back as the whole house and grounds are amazing

What an amazing find, this property is 1st class.

You do need a vehicle though as its very remote, which wasn't an issue for us. Absolutely loved it there.

Everything about the property screams QUALITY. Wonderful rural views and exceptionally maintained gardens. Be hard to find a nicer, more interesting host than Christy.

Bunny Lane was spotless we were left milk,tea coffee & biscuits on arrival,our host gave us a little time to settle in and then came over to introduce himself.

It was like home from home had everything you would need so spacious,light,warm & comfortable throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking

bunny lane can be a bit difficult to find as its off a main road on dirt roads, so its best to use the longitude and latitude co ordinates, the place itself is very good and owner christie and his wife welcoming and friendly, bring a hairdryer as there is none at the place,by the way!

, high quality bathroom and kitchen, and he has solar panels on the roof which provide adequate hot water for showering/washing,warning! i could find no name or contact details for the owners via the site!

It was a beautiful house easy access and extremely clean.

Most welcoming and view was amazing from it. The kids loved the size of the yard and garden. Such freedom was great. Would definitely love to go back there again

Bunny Lane is a a beautiful large family holiday home.

It is well furnished, spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows are soo comfy. There is plenty of space indoors and outside. The children loved the cows and running around the garden It is in the most idyllic peaceful setting yet close enough to all the facilities you might need. This was our 2nd stay here and we are already planning a return. Christy and Bridie are very accommodating and are perfect hosts.

Es übertraf unsere Erwartungen bei weitem. Die Ausstattung, die Größe, der Komfort, die Sauberkeit, alles war Spitzenklasse. Die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers Christy, unübertrefflich. Zugegeben, man muss die Lage mögen, ganz ruhig weit draußen am Ende einer Sackgasse. Das Grundstück riesig, fast parkähnlich, der Rasen gepflegt, die Hofanlage sauber. Wenn wir könnten, würden wir 7 Sterne vergeben. Vielen Dank an Christy für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Bunny Lane.

The owners have taken great care in every aspect. The kitchen was excellent in all that was provided. We enjoyed it enormously.

We had a fantastic week at Bunny Lane - a beautiful house in a lovely quiet spot, with a huge garden and great views.

The house was spotlessly clean and very nicely equipped. Christie, the owner was the perfect host - leaving us to enjoy the house but available if we needed him. The location was excellent - for visiting both the coast (Westport, Bertra beach, Achill Island, Keem Beach, Downpatrick Head etc) and also inland spots (Lough Carra, Moore Hall, Wild Nephin). Bottom line: beautiful house in a lovely part of Ireland - we would very much like to revisit.

Beautiful, spotless clean house in a stunning country setting.

The house had everything we could have wanted and very comfortable beds too. The location is so peaceful yet easy to travel and explore the region from - we visited Galway city, Kyelmore Abbey and Achill Island all on day trips. We’d love to visit again soon

House is beautiful and we were so sad to have to leave. Quality and finishes are excellent, immaculately clean, great well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent wifi for such a rural area. Christy and Bridie are lovely couple and was delighted to make their acquaintance. We are planning on visiting again soon to attend a family wedding and get another couple of weeks in this lovely place into the bargain. This bungalow set to the side of the farm in a beautiful area the farmer who built this built it to a standard you would never believe it out of this world.

I would give them credit being in the building trade myself at one time he’s done absolutely marvellous peaceful clean, updated to the best work you could ever ask for and very polite to talk to the only problem you need to be able to drive to the pub all the shops that are just down the road. It’s not just a mile. It’s a little bit more than that you won’t want to walk to the pub, but I would recommend anyone going there for their holiday. It’s a place that you dream to go back to if I thought you would sell it. I would buy it tomorrow , I’ll take my hat off. I enjoyed it so much. Will definitely be trying to go back sometime next year. Many thanks for all your hospital.

This cottage is stunning.

This is the 2nd of 4 bookings we have this year with Sykes and we consider ourselves seasoned travellers and we cant understand why this cottage is listed as only a 3 star when it is much more likely to be a 4 star. The cottage is in an idyllic setting and the interior is very comfortable with the most comfortable home from home beds ever and the pillows were divine. Everything you need for a comfortable holiday is there including a washer and dryer. Christy was a lovely host and available for any queries we had and very approachable and personable. I would recommend changing the study into a twin room to better accommodate families. I would provide a few board games and possibly badminton rackets for the garden and an outdoor eating table and chairs for the summer months. Thankyou Christy and Bridie for use of this beautiful cottage in the most perfect setting. We are already planning a return.

The Bungalow was spacious, beds are comfortable, and accommodation is spotless, very quiet location which is what we wanted but easily in reach of surrounding areas Christy made us feel welcome, and there was even a little Easter treat for my girls, which was a nice touch, Henry was the highlight of the stay, and the girls wanted to bring him home. We will certainly be back again and highly recommend Bunny lane for any family.
