Beautiful tranquil surroundings with a nicely maintained warm farmhouse with lots of spacious living options.

Very quiet. If you’re lucky enough to have a clear night, there’s no light pollution and the night skies are stunning. Close to lots of nice country walks and a good base to explore Tipperary from.

We had a wonderful stay at Coffeys with our kids.

The house was everything we wished for: lovely, clean, comfortable, quiet and well located for hikes. Geraldine and Martina were super nice and helpful. Definitely worth the trip.

Just got back from lovely week staying at Coffey's, in Ballymacarbys, quiet remote,cottage was very clean , we would defnetly book again , two local pubs , 5 mins drive away only open friday to monday , so we had to drive 15 mins to next town ,

We had a fantastic family holiday at Coffey's.

The cottage was comfortable, clean and tidy, plenty of seating, crockery etc, nothing was left out. It's an ideal spot for rest and relaxation, peace and quiet was just perfect or touring the coastline and beautiful beaches, City's and villages,Waterford, Clonmel, Dungarvan to mention a few are all within easy reach. Thank you to Martine, Geraldine and all the family.

Coffey's was a wonderful place for us to stay.

It was very comfortable and spacious and a great base to catch up with family in the area and see more of beautiful Ireland. The microwave stopped working and it was instantly replaced! A gorgeous house, set in the most beautiful location.

The house was very clean and everything was catered for. There is lots to do and see the area. It's ideal for touring around and close to neighbouring counties. We, a family of eight had a very comfortable stay and were very lucky to see the deer!!
