It doesn’t get any better than this property!

We stayed a total of 10 days in this beautiful home. We had 7 guest total and didn’t once feel like we were cramped for individual space. The uniqueness and charm of the hike is unmatched. Location location location! The home is a central hub for our day trips to Galway, Doolin, Limerick and Kilkenny. The home has everything you need and more. Our family thanks you for letting us borrow your beautiful home, even if for a short time! Your rental was the focal point of our trip and made all our adventures possible!

Lovely cottage that was much bigger than we expected.

We were a family group meeting up so loved the fact we could have a bathroom per couple and the big table was great for catching up at. The views were lovely and plenty of parking space. Would definitely use again for our next meet up.

It was a great central location for many excursions.

The cabin is lovely.

From an American"s POV here are some things that would have made the stay better. - Warning about rhe L roads and how tight they can be. And maybe a lamp post or reflectors at the driveway entrance as it's hard to see because of the hedges - Info on which pubs serve lunch/dinner and when the kitchens normally close (found that they close quite early for food) - Better explanation on how the hot water system is supposed to be turned on - Some basics like paper towels and bath wash cloths, soap in the baths. - portable fans for those that like a bit of air movement or white noise (temps were great - no a/c needed) - screens for the windows to keep the bugs out while they are open - new toilet in downstairs bath? (Let's just say it should be for urination only as solids arent handled well) - basics on the dryer operation (had to google the symbols to figure out the water chamber needed to be emptied for the dryer to work - not typical.in the US) - A full size drip coffee maker or maybe a small Keurig along with some sugar and dry creamer - updaye the listing to confirm that an iron and ironing board, and hair dryers are provided - more hangers - info on local/nearby seasonal shows and events Sean (local caretaker) was lovely as well. Pleasure to see him every morning amd have a quick hello. The cottage was more than sufficient for our needs with only 4 of us in the group. Can easily accommodate twice those numbers although hot water might be an issue. Loved seeing the jackdaws each morning even if they are noisy early in the morning.

The property was great.

The only issue we had was the GPS didn't take us to the house but had us all over the area. On the positive we did meet a lot of very helpful, friendly locals who helped us find our way!

Everything was wonderful except the lack of curtains in the bed rooms, we were awake every morning when the sun came up which was annoying.

Had a wonderful week at the Artist Barn, great location for visiting Cashel, Cork,Kinsale, Cliffs of Moher, Galway

We had a wonderful stay at the Artist’s Barn.

There were 2 families, 6 of us total. The cottage was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone. We had an easy time checking in and out. The owner included lovely, thoughtful touches for our arrival. The space is clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Beautiful kept. Clean . Everything you need and more. Views are stunning. Worth every euro. Was lovely to take the 3rd generation back to our roots. Pictures dont do this property justice. We will be back again. Thank you so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Artist’s Barn!

We had 3 couples..family and friends, 2 from England and 1 from the U.S. We were able to meet up in Dublin and then make two hour drive to Cappawhite which was our home base for the week. It was a great rural location to relax, but also to have easy access to so many nearby sites Aherlow, Blarney Castle & Gardens, Limerick, Cahir Castle and Louth Gur to name a few. The accommodations were very comfortable and the home was well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wer in der Region Tipperary eine Wohnung sucht, kann unbesorgt buchen.

Viel Platz, sehr gute Ausstattung, komfortabel und individuell geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten. Ruhig gelegen. Die kleinen irischen Straßen "verlängern" die Wege zu den Ausflugszielen.

We really appreciated the basket of food on arrival and loved the house. It was a perfect place to celebrate my mother in law’s 80th. She was born in Cashel and the location was ideal. We would definitely visit again. Many thanks

Fantastic place to stay, very spacious and well equipped.

Nice little snug upstairs with games, TV and playstation which would be great if you have children. WiFi was excellent. Plenty of places to explore locally and a bit further afield. Good parking and space to sit outside if the weather is suitable! Nice views across open countryside. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing holiday house, not only was everything really clean but it was incredibly comfortable and perfectly located to visit the country side of Tipperary and Limerick.

I would gladly stay again and totally recommend it

We have been booking holiday cottages in Ireland for many years and this was definitely one of the nicest we have stayed in.

Everything we needed was supplied and the house was spotlessly clean. Mary and her family were so nice and on hand to answer any questions we had, and to help in any way they could. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Christmas 2023 and would hope maybe to return sometime in the future.

We were visiting family in limerick and Tipperary so it was in an ideal location.

Lovely house to stay in after visiting places and people it was very comfortable to return and relax at the end of the day .

This property was beautifully maintained and comfortable.

The setting and location were perfect for us to have our day trips and explore Ireland. There were 6 in our party and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The boys loved the loft game area and I enjoyed all the extra touches. If I am ever lucky enough to return to Ireland, I would have to come back to the Artist Barn. Like coming home. ~ Allison

Not sure what was happening with dish washer. stuff on top shelf not getting cleaned
