The property is in a good location to explore Dungarvan and the local area.
We had a few issues regarding cleanliness of the oven, grill pan and frying pan the first time we went to use them. We reported this to the owner, who was very quick to rectify the situation with all being resolved within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the closest pub (literally 100 yards) was closed, and looks like it has been for some months with little evidence of opening any time soon. There is another pub 10 minutes walk away ( The Marine) but it only appeared to offer snack meals. Dungarvan would otherwise be the closest place for meals (approx 10 minutes drive).
