Situated a stones throw away from the beach, just south of the pretty seaside village of Courtown in County Wexford.

The Beach House is a stunning modern built house finished to the highest standard.

Internally the property is a contemporary luxurious and stylish holiday home boasting a spacious open plan living area.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, each floor serviced by its own bathroom.

There are private steps leading down from the garden to the beach.

There are lots of local attractions for families and couples alike.

Wells House is a great way to spend a day out as is Kia-Ora petting farm with its own fire engine.
