House was perfect as a family of 4 so near everything beach shop local pubs.
Perfect area, beds comfortable had everything
The location of this property was convenient to many attractions we visited on our day trips.
Loved the views of Duncannon Beach. As for the property, when comparing to the three other locations we stayed at through Sykes, this would be rated the least favourite. There were issues with bathtub drainage, lack of response to phone calls ie. using the water heater for sink and shower (this system was new to us).
Nice place and very friendly service from the lady that takes care of the house.
