“This is a lovely property with fabulous views over the sea…we were even lucky enough to see Basking Sharks on one evening.”

The location is very quiet and the house, although well equipped on the whole, could use some salad servers and new non stick frying pans. It was a bonus to have an air fryer. The welcome pack of tea, bread, milk and biscuits etc was appreciated. The advert stated that only hand towels were provided, but in fact there were bath towels and tea towels etc in the kitchen. There were some condiments left in the cupboard, presumably from previous guests, which was nice. Sufficient dishwasher tablets, but no washing liquid/tablets for the washing machine. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, but as there were only 2 of us, I can’t comment on the other beds. My only observations are that as mentioned by previous guests, that the place is a little tired in some areas, but a lick of paint and some newer furniture would remedy this. Unfortunately, being a holiday home, it has been closed up for periods of time and smells a little musty in places and certain areas required a bit of cleaning, which I did. Yes, this is a lovely property, but with a little more effort, could be much better.
