“There were items not available that the listing had stated, the jacuzzi bath and DVD player, upon contacting the owner she apologised and said she had requested an update of the listing over a year ago!”

The TV itself has sustained some damage and although usable the hole in the screen is noticeable. However more concerning was the label on the boiler stating that the due date for service was 16/7/21; there was a strong smell of oil always present in the utility room. These issues aside we loved staying in the mountains and enjoyed having our meals looking at the mountains. What a beautiful area!

Thank you Elaine, The customer service team have carried out another sweep of their systems to ensure references to these items have been removed from all correspondence. The sticker on the boiler is an old one from a previous plumber, but thanks for pointing that out. I’ll have it replaced with the current sticker. Property Owner
