The property

Situated in the south of Ireland and boasting stunning sea views is this superb detached house, set just 4.5 miles from Youghal, the popular coastal town in County Cork.

This is an ideal holiday home to get together with friends and family and will be well-loved by beach lovers as the beautiful Irish sea is just a stone’s throw away.

There are four comfortable bedrooms over the two floors and a downstairs kitchen that is well equipped with a dining table for enjoying an evening meal whilst discussing the day’s adventures.

Guests can then retire to the sitting room to relax and start to plan out what tomorrow’s adventures will bring.

This is also a great room for curling up with your favourite book and catching up on some well-deserved down time.

Make the most of the sun and open up the patio doors, letting the refreshing breeze in through the house.

Alternatively, guests can enjoy time sitting out on the patio with a well-deserved drink, whilst the younger members of your party let off steam, running around in the spacious back garden.

The lovely, coastal town of Youghal is close by and has many things to discover; there is a selection of shops, pubs with live Irish music and restaurants, a greyhound track for those feeling lucky and small beaches where children can play and splash in the sea but still offer you chance to keep a close eye on them.
