    “I very much appreciated receiving a personal phone call checking to make sure everything was ok.”

    That was a lovely touch. I did find the unit to be a bit cold however, which was really only a problem when I went to bed at night. But there were plenty of spare blankets etc. which I put to good use. I personally found the stairs to be challenging and think it would be better to include the number of stairs in the ad. Thanks for letting me stay in your lovely flat!
