    “Amazing holiday home.”

    This is the best holiday home ever that we have stayed in. Spotless, spacious, comfortable & well situated for sightseeing. We had a fantastic week weather wise too - the sun shone every day and it was warmer than home - mostly between 18 & 22deg daily. My mum in law was delighted to see thrushes in the garden - she hadn’t seen a thrush for a long time. The Kissane Foodstore was located 1/2 mile away from the house - we always used this on our map app to get us back to the house - and ...

BEAUFORT, COUNTY KERRY

Killorglin 8 miles; Killarney 8 miles.

Beaufort is a small village situated in a scenic area at the foot of the Macgillycuddy Reeks near the Gap of Dunloe. This is a great location for walking with stunning mountain views. The village has shops, pubs and restaurants, and is situated between Killorglin and Killarney, the latter being a mecca for holidaymakers every year with its wide open countryside, beaches close at hand, annual festivals and great night life, with traditional music played in many of the pubs and bars. A host of activities are available in the area including riding, walking, cycling, golf and fishing, and guided ascents to summit of Carrauntoohil, Ireland's highest mountain.
