A private and tranquil location, perfect for a reunion with friends or a chance to explore the West of Ireland with your loved ones. A quaint cottage, it offers two beautiful communal areas for relaxing in.

There is a living room / dining area with a solid-fuel stove.

It makes a great room to gather for dinner time before flopping onto the sofa and turning on the TV.

There is also a sitting room with a corner couch - perfect for relaxing.

This room also includes a smart TV. Another feature of this property is a fabulous, well-equipped utility which includes a washing machine, dryer and sink. Surrounding Area: Ballintubber is famous for Ballintubber Abbey, which was founded in 1216.

Tastefully restored, it has a duel role as a National Monument and a rural parish church.

A guided tour is highly recommended.

Set against the backdrop of the Partry Mountains, the countryside is rich in history and historical sites.

The local shop / petrol station / café, is one mile away, with a walking track from door-to-door.

There is also a newly-built playground in the village.

Across the road from Ballintubber Abbey, is the local pub.

It offers great food in its restaurant. It is an ideal location for fishing as Lough Mask is a mere 6 miles away.
