1. Last Minute Breaks

When can I book a Last Minute Break?

Bookable within one week of the holiday start date.

How much does a Last Minute Break cost?

You save 35% on the normal weekly rental price.*

How long is a Last Minute Break?

Although you can stay for 1 or 2 nights, there is a 3 night minimum charge.**

2. Winter Short Breaks

When can I book a Winter Short Break?

A Winter Short Break can be booked at any time for the following dates:

  • 28th October - 23rd December 2016

How much does a Winter Short Break cost?

The Winter Short Break price is the lowest price a cottage can be booked for. Once you have found a cottage you like, use the availability calendar to select a 3 night break during any of the above dates and you will be quoted the Winter Short Break price.

How long is a Winter Short Break?

Although you can stay for 1 or 2 nights, there is a 3 night minimum charge.**

3. Off Season Breaks

When can I book an Off Season Break?

Bookable one month before any of the following dates:

  • 23rd September - 21st October 2017

How much does an Off Season Break cost?

You save 25% on the normal weekly rental price.*

How long is an Off Season Break?

Although you can stay for 1 or 2 nights, there is a 3 night minimum charge.**

4. Christmas / New Year Breaks

When can I book a Christmas / New Year Break?

Bookable at any time of the year for Christmas and New Year week.

How much does a Christmas / New Year Break cost?

You save 15% on the normal weekly rental price.

How long is a Christmas / New Year Break?

Although you can stay for fewer nights, there is a 5 night minimum charge.5.

5. Flexible Breaks

When can I book a flexible break?
Bookable for stays between 17th March and 26th May 2016 (excluding the periods 01/4/17 - 23/4/17 and 28/4/17 - 01/05/17) and with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Flexible breaks mean that you can start your holiday on any day, regardless of the usual changeover day of the property.***
How much does a flexible break cost?

  • 2-night stays cost 65% of the weekly price*
  • 3-night stays cost 75% of the weekly price or 65% within a week of travel, where our normal Last Minute Break prices apply*
  • Additional nights will be charged pro-rata of the weekly price

* Please note: the lowest price a cottage can be booked for is the Winter Short Break (WSB) price. During the quieter, less popular months, if a last minute or off season discount takes the price below the WSB price, the WSB price will be quoted.

** If you would like to stay for more than 3 nights, additional nights will be charged in proportion to the normal weekly rental price.
